We guarantee high quality and want make sure our customers love our products. If you any issues with your order, we allow free size exchanges/store credit returns up to 30 days for US customers only. For international customers, you will have to cover shipping cost. The original item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange. Damaged / Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact orders@shluv.com within a week of delivery. Make sure to provide photos and your order number in the email. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
